My Actifit Report Card: August 4 2020...... Terrific Tuesday 👣🏃 💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Tuesday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. As always glad and excited that you stopped by yet again 👏. Time to wrap up the day and get ready for bed.
So it was another early start brisk walking 👣 around the neighborhood in the cool morning breeze 🍃. I did enjoy that session and kept going until around ten o'clock.
Getting back indoors, I had a great shower 🚿 and then rested for a while.Later, I logged into my emails and the trending news of the day.
As always the plannedemic still here like a permanent fixture with ever soaring cases 😱. Then the the Beirut blasts , I wonder what's going on there. Another is the continuing decoupling of China from the west. They banned huawei and now tik tok is on the line. Feels like the cold war just started again.  I tell you it's a crazy wild world out there 😹.
In crypto land, bitcoin still ranging around 11k. Meanwhile, some DeFi coins mooning. I did watch some crypto analysis videos and took care of the daily chores.
As the afternoon approached, I was out to the shopping center for some cooking groceries. It was a nice sunny 🌞 day, though a little cloudy here and there.
I did get back home 🏡 later in the afternoon and got the cooking going. I was actually boiling beans and as they cooked away, I lay down for my usual afternoon nap 💤.
It was great and I woke up feeling energetic 💪 and rejuvenated 💯. I continued watching some videos that I was watching earlier.
Next was my cup of ginger tea ☕ before heading out for the sunset 🌇⛅ walk. As always alongside the main road before finishing off in the neighborhood.
I finally made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌. That's pretty much it for today and I wanna thank you for reading this far 👏. I truly appreciate your continued support 🙏 and love 💕.
