My Actifit Report Card: September 13 2020...... Sunday funday 👣🏃💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Sunday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. Thank you for being here yet again 👏. Another wonderful day is drawing to a close as we get into a new week, please keep reading 👓 as I quickly run you through my stepping activities 💨.
It all started early this morning with the usual brisk walking 👣. The weather was conducive with a gentle cool breeze 🍃 doing the rounds. I kept going sometimes breaking into a jog here and there.  I thoroughly enjoyed that session and in the end I made it back home 🏡 having achieved my automaticwin 🙌👏. That was about ten oclock.
Back indoors, I showered 🚿 and rested for a while before logging into my emails and the trending news of the day.  Locally the political shenanigans 😹 are ongoing with politicians holding all manner of  rallies. Throwing caution to the wind in regards to social distancing and masks 😱. If this covid was as dangerous as they paint it to be, I think many would be dead or dying.
Internationally what caught my eye 👀 is the protests in Belarus. Those people have got such a strong will and staying power in the face of arbitrary arrests and tortures. I saw masked men literally wrestle people to the ground 😱. They even shut off the internet at some point but people regrouped and kept on. Let's see if they can arrest the entire country 😹.
In crypto land, bitcoin pulled back subtly but still remains above 10k. I did watch some crypto analysis videos here and there. Lately I love watching the hopium videos that paint 🎨 the bullish aspects of bitcoin and crypto in general.
As always in between I handled the daily household chores and even did some weeding and pruning. Come late afternoon I lay down for my usual nap 💤.That went excellently and I woke up feeling quite energetic 💪.
I then got the cooking going and also had my ginger tea ☕. I watched a few videos and before I knew it the evening was creeping in.
Soon I was out for the final walk of the day. The very relaxing sunset 🌇⛅ walk. I did enjoy that session and later made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.
That's about it from me today and I wanna thank you for reading this far 👏. I truly appreciate your continued support 🙏 and love 💕. Sending back that love 💞 and lots of blessings 👼😇 to everyone.
