Hello everyone 👋, 
Happy Monday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. It is the last day of the month and the stepping continued unabated. Thank you for being here and let's quickly take a look at how my stepping went plus some of the trending stories I came across. Here we go 💨.
So as usual, I kicked off the day with the fast paced morning session. Brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the neighborhood. As always the cool morning breeze 🍃 made it quite enjoyable 💯.
By ten o'clock, I was back indoors having achieved my automaticwin 🙌. Next came the shower 🚿 and I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, low plannedemic positive cases 👏 and then the usual political shenanigans 😹. Tomorrow is madaraka day or independence day, a public holiday.
Globally, the US has been accused of spying on its European allies using Denmark's under water cables😱. Macron and Merkel asking for an explanation. Meanwhile, China has relaxed it's strict family planning rules allowing couples to have 3 instead of 2 children. This after a census showed a rapidly declining working population.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still continued it's race towards 40k. Currently at 37k. Only time will tell if it breaks 40 or heads back down. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the mall for some groceries and then headed back home 🏡.
Back indoors, I had my usual afternoon nap 💤 dreaming off until sometime early evening when I got up feeling great 💪 and well rested 💯.
I then continued watching some of the earlier videos and news too. Turns out today was world no tobacco day, in respect to all those who have died of tobacco related illnesses. If you are still lighting up, you are at risk and putting those around you at risk too 😬.
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. That  went excellently alongside the main road ending up at the park 🌲 before finishing off around the neighborhood.
