Hello everyone 👋,
Happy hump day 😎🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. Another wonderful and active day is fading away fast. Before bedtime 😴 let's quickly take a look at how my day has been and share some of the trending stories. Thank you for stopping by and here we go 💨.
So just like yesterday, I kicked off early with the brisk walking 👣 and jogging around the neighborhood 🌲. Come eleven o'clock, I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going and so did the plannedemic vaccinations.
In a shocker, two murder suspects wanted in the UK were arrested in Nairobi. They probably thought they got away with it 😹.
Globally, that Ukraine/Russia tension still trending. Today the US and NATO have both replied to Russia's security demands in detail and are waiting for response from Russia. Elsewhere, the UN secretary general has warned that Afghanistan is slowly turning into a frozen hell😵. The winter ❄️ is in full effect, while there is serious food shortages and social services like schools and hospitals slowly collapsing.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin is in its sideways movement. It was 38k earlier in the day but now at 36😹. You know the drill, hodl and buy the dip 💯.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day. Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the city centre for a couple of errands.
It was a beautiful sunny 🌞 day as I made my way.
Then I came home 🏡 and had my usual nap 💤. I woke up some time early evening and continued watching some of the day earlier videos and also news.
Just like in Afghanistan, hundreds of internally displaced Syrians are having to deal with a severe winter ❄️ in flimsy ⛺ tents 😢. Elsewhere in Cameroon, this night also saw some tough matches in the AFCON football ⚽ competition 
Anyways, as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. It was amazing in the fresh evening breeze 🍃.
