Hello everyone 👋,

TGIF ✨ and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. This week has just flown by and alas the weekend is here yet again😹. As always I am so grateful for this day. It's been wonderful stepping it out 💯, now that it's almost bedtime 💤 let's quickly take a look at how my day has been and also share some of the trending stories. As always thank you for reading and let's take it away 💨.
So I started the day with some brisk walking around the neighbourhood, today was a little warmer than yesterday which motivated me to keep going. Then I was back indoors for some resting and some of the little household chores here and there. Later in the afternoon I had to get something to cook from the shopping centre. Then back home I squeezed in the usual nap before the evening set in. Next came the slow paced evening walking session enjoying the cool breeze🍃. Throughout the day I have been following up on the trending news, that's next.
Locally, a rather quiet day except for the usual political shenanigans 😹, Elsewhere in Rwanda, former Kenya president met the Rwandan president as he tries to mediate peace in Congo. The Congolese army and M23 rebels have been fighting and caused the displacement of over two hundred thousand people🙀.
Globally Ukraine trending, reporting intensified fighting in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Meanwhile strikes across the country has crippled half of the energy systems leading to the mass blackouts 🙀. This as they enter winter 😭.
In the gulf, Qatar has announced that there will be no sale of beer or alcohol in or around stadiums🙀. Will be sold at fan centres only, this has disappointed some fans while some are happy as drunk fans tend to get a little extra😹.
Over in Iran, more protests as people attended funerals of those killed in yesterday's dark day😭. 
Across the pond in the US, more twitter employees quit after that ' hardcore ultimatum' email from Elon Musk 🙀. Twitter offices will remain closed until Monday as Musk sorts out that mess. I heard they are calling back some of the resigned employees 😹.
Finally,  it's emerging that SBF was just a fall man or scapegoat in the FTX mess, there was a secret elaborate plan to deliberately sabotage FTX🙀. That's the extent to which the elites fear bitcon and crypto😹.
