Hello Everyone,

Happy Tuesday πŸŽ‰ and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. It's been another wonderful and active day stepping it out. As always thank you for being here and let's quickly take a look at how my day has been including some of the trending stories. Here we go again πŸ’¨.
o just like yesterday, I started the day with a few rounds of brisk walking πŸ‘£ around the neighborhood 🌲. A nice session and then I was back indoors for some resting and the usual house chores.
Later in the afternoon I stopped by the city centre for a couple of errands before heading back home.
I later had my usual nap and then woke up to some cooking and news. Next it was time for the sunset walk, that went well and I made it back home safe and sound. To finish off let's quickly look at the trending stories of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going, otherwise a quiet day.
Over in Sudan there has been some respite after weeks of heavy fighting. Though sporadic gunfire has been heard around Khartoum πŸ™€. Today was day one of the seven days ceasefire brokered by US and Saudi Arabia so as aid can reach those who need it. Let's hope it holdsπŸ’―
Still on the continent, Tunisian coast guards have intercepted over 17 thousand people since January, all would be migrants headed to Europe. This figure set to rise as summer approachesπŸ™€.
Across the pond in the US, the white house has announced a strategic plan for AI research and development. The US govt hopes the new strategy will leverage AI to tackle large societal challenges and mitigate human misuse.
Finally in crazy weather, a volcano in Mexico has began erupting, spewing poisonous gases. Authorities have began arranging for evacuation of people living close by. The clouds of ash being emitted are horrible, let's hope all will be wellπŸ’―.
