This has been my biggest concern about crypto, cashing out. I am wary of using something like localbitcoins because of this charge back vulnerability. And honestly, how many giftcards can one use? I do think we will see more options this year. I am almost ready to check out Coinbase with their Swift card. I had been looking into Bitpay, but to many complaints about fees and coin held hostage. Now with Goldman Sachs buying Poloniex we will see other banks looking into getting their claws and fees into this, which will result in a more fluid transfer of coin to cash.

Giftcards... lol The people I have experienced on local bitcoins were reasonable, like a 7% upcharge. But yes I would love to see more options. Other than the swift card, and bitpay.... Not a fan of either.

Yeah, I can't wait for something better to come along. Ideally the banks would quit freaking out due to KYC anti laundering laws and stop closing accounts for deposits.
