I like what you write brother. It is high time for a restructuring of power, so sensible decisions can be arrived at. I am working (currently with a small group) on an understandable presentation and then implementation of a system which should resolve such issues, and indeed worldwide issues to restore peace and abundance to our world. The solution is simple and obvious. Close the inside toilets up, rent some port-a-potties and place them in the parking lot. Solves the issue completely, also allows for a place for some to have a smoke while taking care of business.

It may be best to do away with public bathrooms designed as a room with multi stalls. I don’t like the everyone in one place restroom. I went to one at a nice neighborhood bar and was not comfortable when a guy came out of his stall to the communal sink where I was. Individual relief rooms would engender safety better. 

Strange times to live in. I’m sorry you need to leave your job to protect yourself. It’s a sad but good decision to leave a place where you walk on egg shells to make a living. I hope you and your colleagues find awesome new jobs.

# Democracy Can Be Dangerous
...And how it was not and should not be or become aggressively a mob-ruling democracy to the extent of violating private property rights, personal and liberal freedoms of the individuals, the minority, AKA the needs of the one or the few. 

# Spock Compromise
In other words, correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems that the founding fathers (like Spock had he been there maybe) of the USA created what appears to be a compromise that allows for some democracy, some voting....

# Tenth Amendment Magic
...And yet also the ability for individuals to do what they want (tenth amendment) to suit their needs, the need of each one to do as he or she wishes to the extent it does not hurt or steal or murders the lives....

# Private Property Rights
...Or the rights or the property and ownership of other people and excluding anything emotional as safe spaces are an invisible form of welfare in that the individuals don't own the land of those safe spaces....

# Safe Spaces
...And therefore they are being given these safe spaces and sanctuary cities and open borders so they can cry their guts out and tax payers have to pay for all of those things which then creates other problems and so on and so forth.

This is an inevitable consequence of a society that values individuality and individual rights above everything.  From Western individualist perspective, why should the woman be deprived of her "right" to her choices and preferences because of arbitrary traditions and norms?  If individual is "sovereign," the woman should not be deprived of any of her "rights" to her preferences.  A society that indoctrinates its young with concepts of individual sovereignty, individual "rights," "self-made" individuals, and similar concepts naturally engenders self-obsessed egotists who equate their individual preferences with that of universal law.  Is it any wonder that a society that prides itself on "questioning authority" produces men that question the very foundations of social construct and biological nature?

Solution 1:  It's about what you're doing NOT who you are. The pee room and the poop room. You'll get used to having other people in there. It's a natural function. Nothing to be shy about. I pee in the woods and don't care who sees me. 

Solution 2:  Multiple small one person bathrooms. This will also accommodate people who self identify as a farm animal and those who think they are King Arthur or an alien being from another planet.  Vampires will appreciate it too.

Public restrooms are sometimes uncomfortable.

There is no situation that will work for everyone.

No one should have to monitor who uses a bathroom.

You want to relieve yourself do it, and also understand...  it is uncomfortable.

It's uncomfortable for those who are concerned about their body image, privacy, germs, disabled, ocd, etc etc.

Having public bathrooms is not worthy of debating about.

If you are too uncomfortable to use it, then yes, you should seek other employment.

I can't believe people feel entitled to feel perfectly comfortable every where they go.
