What ingredients - Rice - Coconut/Cucumber ( optional) š¤·āāļø That's it! Soak the rice in water for 6 hrs before preparation. Just before preparation grind the rice to form a thin batter with a consistency little thicker than Milk. There seems to be a miss invention of Neer Dose accidentally by pouring more water into the batter šš as normal dose batter will be like paste. --- Why coconut/cucumber? It's just a flavor add. If you choose to add, all you need to do is add then in rice while you grinding. --- # My first Encounter with Neer Dose! I was traveling to Mangalore - city in Karnataka western ghats. If you take public transport, they will stop midway at a place called **Kottigehara** just before the **Charmudi Ghat** Roads. The time was early morning 3 AM, and the entire bus station was like a desert except one shop selling Neer Dose. The guy had multiple pans to prepare Neer Dose. One bus will have 30-50 passengers and atleast 30(or may be more) buses stop ther every night. š¤·āāļø That's when I tasted Neer dose for the first time š --- Neer Dose is often had with something spicy like - Coconut Chilli Chutney - Chicken Curry - Mutton Curry I had the previous nights Chicken Curry, I can call it as Neer Dose and Spicy Chicken Curry # Photos Yes, it's time to take you all to a photo tour of Neer Dose  ---  ---  ---  ---  ---  ---  ---  ---  ---  ---  ---  ---  ---  ---  --- Hope these were as good as making you watch the video again š This is my regular breakfast as it is easy and quick.
