Life is not a straight simple path to walk through, but is full of many hurdles. Feeling low is natural but hard to overcome.
Sometimes difficulties such as relationship issues, physical pain, mental pain, work issues and much more may bring hardships which aren't smooth as smoothies but are hard and brittle as brittle melon, as which are sometimes important just to teach us lesson or make us grow mature.

Giving up on situation is the character of a looser, winners are those who would cope up with difficulties and accept them as apart of life. Your heart and mind  is just like your obedient student, If you prepare them to overcome the difficulty with the courage, it will naturally do it effortlessly. Its just the matter of time, as the time passes  the situations will become less severe and will heal the wounds weather the physical ones or the mental ones.
