<center>**WHY ARE YOU CRYING UNTO ME?**</center>









We see in our scripture text; Moses standing before the people of God to declare a new wave of God’s glory. It wasn’t a word he was rehearsing from the mouth of God. It was a declaration he made as a result of his personal knowledge of Who God is. It was only after this declaration that he went before the Lord crying for a divine intervention and God asked him – “Wherefore criest thou unto Me? 


Speak unto the children of Israel that they go forward” Exodus 14:15. No matter what the devil makes you feel or see after your declaration of a new wave of God’s glory over your life and situation; heaven remains committed to your declaration of faith and God forbids for any word you have spoken in faith to fall to the ground. The content of God’s Word in your declaration shall prevail; because, God is committed to His Word. He stands by His Word to perform it.

Moses knew God so well that he was so confident that God will not take a man up to let him down. He knew that God cannot be associated with any abandoned project. He knew that the grace of God that had helped them and brought them thus far was available to see them through. It didn’t really matter how intimidating the challenge of the red sea looked, he chose to uphold the faithfulness of God. Any time you make up your mind to extol the faithfulness of God above the threat of any particular situation in your life; you are ready for a new wave of glory. 


Moses was actually telling the people in the face of the challenge of the red sea; that, the glory they encountered in Egypt was nothing compared to what God was set to do in their midst. With every new challenge the enemy brings your way; stay positioned for a new wave of God’s glory. There is nothing of God’s goodness which you have never seen before that is about to become their experience.





Every new wave of glory goes with a definite instruction from God. Don’t seek to use the method of yesterday to confront the challenge of today. Never you stand before God as someone who knows what to do. With every expectation o anew glory; you will have to empty yourself of every known formulation and let God refill you. It could even be a formula you are used to; but let it come by the freshness of His Word. Like Moses did, get an instruction from God for the now; lean not unto your own understanding, acknowledge Him in all thy ways and He shall direct thy path.
