Light yet satisfying, this salad is a wonderful way to enjoy lentils in a new form—whether as a light lunch, a side dish, or a part of a nutritious meal. It’s also perfect for those looking for a plant-based option without compromising on flavor.

# <u>Materials Used.</u>
Dhal 100g.
1 tomato, cut into long pieces.
A finely chopped onion.
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
2 finely chopped green chilies.
Curry leaves.
1 Teaspoon of sugar. 
2 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
2 Teaspoon of Lime juice.
Salt to taste.
Coconut oil for frying

# <u>The cooking process as follows.</u>


> **Now, let’s wash the lentils thoroughly and place them in a pan on the stove. Add a little coconut oil to the pan, and once it heats up, add the lentils. Sauté them gently over low heat for about 5 minutes.**
