Today, I am preparing a unique recipe that enhances its taste and appeal by using two delicious flavor combinations. Blending the classic base of moist rice flour and sugar syrup, we introduce two distinct layers β perhaps one enriched with fragrant spices and the other with deep cocoa or vibrant pandan. This double-flavored aluwa not only delights the palate but also adds a touch of wonder to your dessert table with its contrasting notes. So letβs take a look, step by step, at how to prepare this delightful treat.  # <u>Materials Used.</u> 200g wet rice flour Sugar 150g. 1 teaspoon of Cocoawa powder 1/2 teaspoon of Cumin. Water 250ml.  # <u>The cooking process as follows.</u> > **First, we gently roast the moist rice flour until it feels like sand grains between your fingers. The texture should be slightly coarse, giving it a sandy consistency to the touch.**  > **Next, divide the roasted rice flour evenly into two separate bowls.**  > **Next, add some cocoa powder and a pinch of Cumin powder to one portion of the rice flour and mix well. Then set it aside.**  > **Next, add the remaining Cumin powder to the other portion of rice flour and mix well. Keep both bowls separately.**  > **Next, add the remaining clove powder to the other portion of rice flour and mix well. Keep both bowls separately.**  > **To do this, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add sugar and the required amount of water. Heat the mixture until it turns into a syrup.**  > **Next, add the required amount of sugar syrup to the cocoa-mixed flour portion. Mix it well until you get a smooth, slightly sticky texture. Then, spread this mixture evenly on a tray, pressing it down gently to form a thin and even layer.**  > **Next, take the other flour mixture and combine it with the remaining sugar syrup. Mix thoroughly until smooth and slightly sticky, just like the first layer. Then, gently spread this mixture on top of the cocoa layer in the tray, pressing it down evenly to create a smooth, uniform second layer.** This careful layering brings out the contrast in flavors and appearance, making your dual-flavored aluwa both tasty and visually appealing.  > **Next, we cut it into small pieces and serve it.**  This two-flavored Aluwa is sure to be a delightful treat. Whether served at a tea-time gathering or during a festive occasion, it offers both the comfort of tradition and a touch of creative flair. This sweet creation is bound to bring you joy, while also encouraging you to explore new variations that honor the essence of Sri Lankan culinary heritage.
