Since 2019 that I moved to this place, I've never gotten myself into any form of trouble with anyone that I felt was life threatening or just too dangerous than your everyday problems. And this isn't because I have no friends or because I rarely go out, but this is because from a very young age, I've always had the skill of just knowing people that have the potential of becoming trouble during the long run, I guess you can say I'm a good judge of character.

This was why during my year in school, I only had two close friends, and that was more than enough for me. You see, when I first gained admission into the university, I was on the lookout for someone to make my friend, and this was because I knew that I was in a strange environment, all by myself for the first time in my life.

So I knew I needed someone I could call a friend who could be there for me when I needed them. I also knew that times like this was when someone could make a decision that could either mar or make their future, because all it takes is one person to come into your life and then you either find everything upside down, or find your life going in the direction you want it to.

So I tried just hanging around a couple of guys and some of them looked alright at first, but they always did or said something that gave me the irk and just made me realize that they weren't the kind of people I wanted in my life, until I eventually met my two close friends. I had other friends and acquitances, I was just a lot closer to these two guys.

So yeah, being very observant with the way people behave and say things while noticing the tiniest details has always helped me avoid people who could be trouble, although there were times where I made bad choices but quickly retraced my steps the moment I realized it. This is also the reason why I never go all in on a friendship if we haven't known that long, because sometimes you might think you know someone, until you eventually realize that you don't....or at least not as much as you think.

Luckily for me, none of those mistakes has ever lead to any real problems, but instead, it has been a real quiet six years and it's the kind of quiet that I like, because the older we get, the more dangerous some of these troubles can be.
