Farming is not just a Job, it is a way of Life..What you plant now you will harvest later! #Wednesday walk
**Smile hiveans! Its wonderful Wednesday!** I wish all are doing good and enjoying life with their loved ones and families.
Today I am sharing My Rajasthan **farm photos and what we grow there**.  Rajasthans agriculture is essentially rain fed. **Wheat, Maize and Bajra(pearl millet) are grown in  the state**.  Now it's rainy season . 

The main crops of this seasons are **Bajra(pearl millet), Maize, barley, groundnuts, and veggies like Tinda (Indian sqaush), gawar fali,(cluster beans), matiri(watermelon or muskmelon), kachara, kakadiya etc.**
These all needs high temperature, high humidity and rainfall.

*I went for a morning walk in my grandpa's farm(grandparent).
He like to grow crops and veggies in the farm during this rainy season. He is a farmer. Now he's old but My uncle and his family stays there, grow crops and look after all the crops in the farm*.
This year also he planted some seeds that are as follows-

**This is cluster beans farming-**

It is grown in all the parts of India. It's one of the famous vegetable, known as **Guar** in India. It is green in colour. Rajasthan is biggest producer of guar pods/cluster beans. *In Rajashthan, cluster beans curry is also very famous in every house, in this season you will see that in lunch or dinner they must be having this vegetable in their menu*. It has health benifits also. It is **good for heart, make bone strong, make better blood circulation and good for diabetes.**

This one is big millet crop because my granny plant a seed at home yard.

**This crop is a creeper type plant, which is cultivated or grown during monsoon season**.

**Aloevera is found to grow in hot humid places and needs water too but with less efforts** . It is medical plant. It thrives in direct sunlight. Peopled have used it for thousands of years for healing and softening the skin. Aloevera helps in lowering high blood pressure. **You can drink aloe vera juice 30 ml per day empty stomach in th morning or after meal , it provide health benifits. Curry is also made by aloe vera mixing with Fenugreek seeds and raw mango.**

He is my uncle. He is cleaning. **Cleaning removes dust, dirt and germs  from surfaces or objects. Agriculture hygiene helps to protect livestock and crops from pests and disease including insects, parasites and weeds**.

Yes you are right. Life is better on the farm. Gardening is a natural stress reliver. You can consume more fresh fruits and veggies and this is the most important thing you can do to Stay healty.
