Hmmm...they’d need at least one Republican to sign on since the Senate’s Judiciary Committee is evenly split. But if that fails, the House Judiciary Committee is *not* evenly split, it’s 24–17. One way or the other, Barr and Sessions will probably have to testify under oath.
