Combat Zones That See, or CTS, is a project of the United States Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) whose goal is to "track everything that moves" in a city by linking up a massive network of surveillance cameras to a centralized computer system.

Dan Dicks of Press For Truth proves that CCTV cameras do not deter terrorism or crime and they are currently being meshed together by DARPA to create a global biometric identification system.

Yeah they say  they are using CCTVs for safety but  If they want they will know everything about you, also with using your phone or GPS .

CCTVs for the most part are Private and not hooked up to the internet.  The point of CCTV isn't to deter crime, it's simply to witness and provide record and hence it's utility and importance after the fact is invaluable.

I installed some CCTV cameras for one of my neighbors.
She soon caught [two yutes](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K6qGwmXZtsE) turning over her trash bin at the street.
She posted the video on the Neighborhood app  asking for help identifying them.

Well  to her surprise they were identified as UNDERAGE and the Neighborhood, [NextDoor](https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/nextdoor/id640360962?mt=8) app took the video down.
So they were likely identified ..... by their mother and then she used her snowflakery to protect her vandal kids.

Technology got turned on her this time she even got admonished by the app for "Privacy Concerns".

Video is a two edged sword but it depends on who is holding the sword as too who gets cut.  This time her own cameras got her in trouble.
