They say health is wealth. Yes it is. People can only appreciate sound health when they are sick. But l want to tell you on of the thing you should cherish, value and give adequate attention to is YOUR HEALTH.


If you can know how to take good care of your car, why not your body? Many people prefer to give proper attention to their cars that their health. What you eat and drink affect your health one way or the other.

lack of exercises, inadequate rest and sleep, not observing basic hygiene, misuse of the body, abuse of drugs, alcohol, cigarette are all capable of affecting your health.

Whenever you fall sick, do not do self medication, it dangerous. Visit a qualified medical practitioner. Your health status must be checked on regular basis.
