Flour Halva Recipe! (EN/TR) Un Helvası Kavuruyoruz!

Hello, everyone! How are you? I hope you're in a good mood and safe. After my best friend was infected with this disease, I started to worry more. I've been hearing really bad things lately.

Today is a religious special day in my country. So I'm going to share with you a special recipe for today. I'm sharing a recipe for flour halva today.

Actually, I learned to make that recipe from my grandmother. My grandmother makes this recipe very beautiful. But I'm not going to share her description with you today. Because my grandmother makes this food 2 different ways. And I don't know how to describe it. I'm going to share my own recipe so I don't have to share a wrong recipe.

I told you my grandmother taught me this food. I grew up in a crowded family. And on special occasions, my grandmother used to make this recipe. At the time, I was a little boy, so I used to admire my grandmother when she made this dinner. Now, this situation has changed. I learned to cook from her. So my grandmother is my teacher in the kitchen. I'd say she's watching me with admiration now. Because I'm her only student. Lol.

It was one of my favorite desserts when I was a kid. I still love that recipe.

It's not a very difficult meal. That's why it's a recipe I often do. If you want to try it, I think you'll like it. It's easy to make.

My mother can't eat margarine and butter because of her illness. That's why I'm going to use sunflower oil. If you prefer, you can prepare a mixture of 125g butter and 100 mL of sunflower oil. You can prepare the recipe using this mixture. Now let's take a look at the recipe!

## **Ingredients**

200 g Flour
200 mL Sunflower Oil
Hazelnut

*For the Syrup:*

250 g Granulated Sugar
500 mL Water

## **Steps**

First, prepare the syrup. Put sugar and water in a deep pot and mix. After the syrup boils, turn the gold down and cook for another 2 minutes. Finish cooking after 2 minutes have elapsed.

Start scorching sunflower oil and flour in another pot. You must roast in a low-fire process.

When the flour becomes darker, add the nut and stir.

Finally, top up the syrup on this mixture and stir. When adding syrup, you must stir continuously. If you stop stirring or don't mix well, flour will become lumpy. And that's a negative effect on the consistency of your dessert.

Stir until the mixture absorbs the syrup and finish the cooking process when it is completely absorbed. Give the shape you want and prepare it for service. Bon Appetit!

Herkese Merhaba! Nasılsınız? Umarım iyi bir ruh hali içerisindesinizdir ve güvendesinizdir. En yakın arkadaşımın da bu hastalığa yakalanmasından sonra daha çok endişelenmeye başladım.  Son günlerde gerçekten kötü şeyler duymaya başladım. 

Bugün ülkemde dini olarak özel bir gün. Bu yüzden sizlerle bu güne özel bir tarif paylaşacağım. Herkese hayırlı kandiller diliyorum. Bugün un helvası tarifi paylaşacağım. 

Aslında bu tarifi yapmayı babaannemden öğrendim. Babaaannem bu tarifi çok güzel yapıyor. Ama bugün onun tarifini sizlerle paylaşmayacağım. Çünkü babaannem bu yemeği 2 farklı şekilde yapıyor. Ve ben tarifleri tamemen bilmiyorum. Yanlış bir tarif paylaşmamak için sizlerle kendi tarifimi paylaşacağım.

Bu yemeği bana babaannemin öğrettiğini söylemiştim. Kalabalık bir ailede büyüdüm. Ve özel günlerde babaannem bu tarifi yapardı. O zamanlar küçük bir çocuk olduğum için babaannemi bu yemeği yaparken hayranlıkla izlerdim. Şu an bu durum tersine döndü. Ben yemek yapmayı ondan öğrendim. Yani babaannem benim mutfaktaki öğretmenim. Artık o beni hayranlıkla izliyor diyebilirim. Çünkü ben onun tek öğrencisiyim.lol.

Çocukken en sevdiğim tatlılardan biriydi. Hala da bu tarifi çok seviyorum. 

Çok zor bir yemek değil. Bu yüzden sıklıkla yaptığım bir tarif. Denemek isterseniz bence siz de çok beğeneceksiniz. Yapımı da oldukça kolay. 

Annem hastalığı yüzünden margarin ve tereyağı yiyemiyor. Bu yüzden ben Ayçiçek yağı kullanacağım. Eğer siz isterseniz 125g tereyağı ve 100 mL Ayçiçek yağından bir karışım hazırlayabilirsiniz. Bu karışımı kullanarak tarifi hazırlayabilirsiniz. Şimdi tarife bir göz atalım!

## **Malzemeler**

200 g Un
200 mL Ayçiçek Yağı
Fındık

*Şerbeti İçin :*

250 g Toz Şeker
500 mL Su

## **Adımlar**

İlk olarak şerbeti hazırlayın. Şeker ve suyu derin bir tencereye alın ve karıştırın. Şerbet kaynadıktan sonra altını kısın ve 2 dakika daha pişirin. 2 dakika geçtikten sonra pişirme işlemini bitirin.

Başka bir tencerede Ayçiçek yağı ve unu kavurmaya başlayın. Kavurma işlemini kısık ateşte yapmalısınız.

Unun rengi koyulaştığında fındığı da ekleyin ve karıştırın.

Son olarak şerbetide bu karışımın üzerine ekleyin ve karıştırın. Şerbeti eklerken sürekli karıştırmalısınız. Eğer karıştırmayı bırakırsanız veya iyi karıştıramazsanız un topaklanır. Ve bu tatlınızın kıvamını olumsuz etkiler.

Karışım şerbeti emene kadar karıştırın ve tamamen emince pişirme işlemini bitirin. İstediğiniz şekli verin ve servis için hazırlayın. Afiyet Olsun!
