## **-EN** Hello to everyone! I hope you had a good time since the last recipe. I can say that the days are going well for me. Today I'm going to add a new recipe to my "Recipes for Winter" series. Actually, this is a canned food recipe. In this concept, canned food usually comes to mind. Today I will share a classic canned recipe. Actually, I said in my last post that I don't like canned food very much. But I really like this can. Because it helps you save time a lot. Be you, do not make this recipe without wearing gloves. I usually prepare all kinds of recipes by wearing gloves because of my nails. But this time—I don't know that how I did this mistake—I forgot to put on gloves. Then I started preparing the recipe. In the beginning, everything was going very normally. But after a while, a burning sensation started in my hands. At the end of the day, I chopped about 3.5 kilograms of hot pepper without wearing gloves. After I was done, I realized that the burning in my hand was caused by the hot pepper. Unfortunately for me it has been a painful night. Because the drugs I used did not have much effect. In fact, this happens to me regularly every year and I forget to wear gloves every year. I think I have to experience this pain once a year. I think this is a message from the universe to me. lol. So, where can you use this canned food, let's talk about it. In fact, people usually call this canned food "Menemenlik" in Turkey. If you wish, you can fry the onion and add it from this can. If you add eggs later, it becomes "Menemen". You can also do this without using onions. In Turkey, this is a subject of great debate. People cannot decide whether onions should be added to Menemen or not. In my opinion, the food prepared in both ways does not change much. I guess that's how it seems to me because I don't like Menemen very much. Some people care too much about this issue. I think it's funny to put so much meaning on a meal. Anyway, back to our topic. You can also use this can in different dishes than Menemen. In fact, if I tell you briefly, you can use this can in every dish, where tomatoes and peppers are uses in this format. Since it is prepared in advance, it will help you a lot if your time is limited. I think that's exactly what makes this can tempting. Having a practical solution. Aslında bu bir konserve yiyecek tarifi. Zaten bu konseptte akla genellikle konserve yapımı gelir. Bugün de klasik bir konserve tarifi paylaşacağım. Aslında geçen yazımda konservelerden pek fazla hoşlanmadığımı söylemiştim. Ama bu konserveyi gerçekten seviyorum. Çünkü zamandan kazanmanıza çok yardımcı oluyor. Aslında bu olay her sene düzenli olarak başıma geliyor ve ben her sene eldiven takmayı unutuyorum. Sanırım yılda bir kez bu acıyı yaşamam gerekiyor. Bunun evrenin bana bir mesajı olduğunu düşünüyorum. lol. Peki bu konserveyi nerelerde kullanabilirsiniz biraz da bundan konuşalım. Aslında Türkiye'de bu konserveye insanlar genellikle "Menemenlik" diyorlar. Dilerseniz soğan kavurup üzerine bu konserveden ilave edebilirsiniz. Daha sonra yumurta da eklerseniz bu "Menemen" olur. Bunu soğan kullanmadan da yapabilirsiniz. Türkiye'de bu büyük bir tartışma konusu. Menemen'e soğan koyulmalı mı yoksa koyulmamalı mı insanlar tarafından bir türlü kararlaştırılamıyor. Bence iki türlü de hazırlanan yemek pek fazla değişmiyor. Sanırım Menemen'den pek hoşlanmadığım için bana böyle geliyor. Bazı insanlar bu konuyu fazla önemsiyorlar. Bence bir yemeğe bu kadar anlam yüklemek komik bir durum. Her neyse konumuza dönelim. Bu konserveyi Menemen'den farklı yemeklerde de kullanabilirsiniz. Hatta kısaca söylecek olursam içerisine domates ve biberin bu formatta eklendiği her yemekte bu konserveyi kullanabilirsiniz. Daha önceden hazırlanmış olduğu için eğer zamanınız kısıtlıysa size çok yardımcı olacaktır. Bence bu konserveyi cazip kılan şey tam olarak bu. Pratik bir çözüm olması.
