Great Minds, 
Today I will be talking on a decadence that have limited us and pushed us backward unconsciously. This is called the blame game. It has different names based on how we use it. Here I look at its evils and why we should change our mentality and avoid it in order to make success and live great.

Human beings' escapist mentality has its root back to the Garden of Eden,  when Adam shifted the blame to Eve and Eve to the serpent. It is therefore human nature to trade blame. Usually when something unpleasant happens,  we deny responsibility and when favourable outcome is achieved we claim responsibility. They gave me this poor result when you failed,  I made an excellent result when you passed. Blame game is a major challenge to success,  it leads to more failure and it is dangerous to safety. When you blame others for your failure you will not see reasons to try again or do it another way. You lock up the opportunity of rediscovering yourself, it is a mark of low self esteem. One of the powers to break bounds and be successful is the ability to own up to your fault, to take responsibility for your actions good or bad. One thing that kills business and organisation fast is blame game. When the manager pushes every blame to the employees. Failing to do his part but blaming the employees for not doing well when he has not provided the necessary tools to enable the employees perform well. 
Change the game, take responsibility and own up to your actions and see yourself achieving extraordinary things. Yes you heard me right, when you stop the blame game,  you will avoid the failures, you will device better means to win. You will do things differently to avoid the shame that come with failure. You will see your better self. Blame game kills the power of discovery,  it is an anti-progress. It keeps you behind and pushes you to the background. It makes you smaller and deficient. Imagine Adam that declared Eve his bones and part of him, shifting blame to her. According to the Bible,  Genesis 3:12 (NLT)  The man replied, "It was the woman you gave me who gave me the fruit, and I ate it." Mark the word "you gave me".why because he failed. You will always find excuse for your faults if you are the type that blames and shy away from responsibility. But a successful man never looked for or give excuses,  he provides solutions. He sorts for alternative means to clear the mess and rewrite the story.
