The fact about life is that everybody has money. Money is overflowing and it is everywhere. The government has money, the banks have money, schools/institutions have money, and the church has money.

You have money! Your friends have money! Both the rich and the poor people have money!

Many times, I will hear people complaining there is no money in the country but we are always hearing how billions and trillions of money are moved out to settle problems.

**The question now is where on earth did the money comes from?**
</div>

Money is everywhere and always moving. It is flying around us all the time.

A poor person invests his limited time working hours chasing money while the wealthy person will invest the same amount of time working hours **building an asset** that will catch more money for him.

There is a difference between the two people. Even though they are working at the same time and may even be earning the same salary, what differentiates them is **MINDSET.** One wants to keep chasing to earn and meet his needs while the other earns and sees it as an opportunity to make more money by investing in assets.

This is why you see the poor being inclined to the rat race of waking up early in the morning to work hard and this circle continues until they retire and in the end, they live in despair all their lives. The rich have no problem because they believe that money is meant to work for them and since they have known the secret, it becomes less stressful in the end.

Another difference is that the poor are not organized, focused and easily distracted while the wealthy are organized and would never fall for any distraction because they are focused to make more money for themselves.

Looking at the life of a spider, it doesn't go about chasing insects for a living. Instead, it will work hard to build a spiderweb that will help catch abundant flying insects.

The spiderweb is called an asset. While the spider sleeps, the spiderweb catches flying insects and keeps working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

While in school, we were never taught this secret. Instead, they teach us to keep chasing money with this formula;

## (College degree) x (Time) = paycheck.
