One of my colleagues once told me **" Don't expect too much from people, you will get hurt "** and I recall her words every single day. We, humans always expect too much, maybe from our parents or maybe from our partner. Because of high expectations, our hope and demand level increase and if they are unable to fulfill our expectations, it breaks our hearts. What is the solution exactly?? We should stop expecting?

You are right, everything needs to be balanced and I feel there are so many things we should work on for a healthy life. Obviously, we expect a lot from a relationship, perhaps we should focus on positivity and what can be done instead of expecting a lot...

Hi Priyan! Thank you for this. Relationship matters in life. There is age where someone will reach and would feel his/her life is not complete. But it is better to be alone than to stay in a โ€œsickโ€ relationship. This has also killed many people. So, it is important to build a solid relationship with someone good if not perfect, since there is no perfect person.

I would love to add with your words, I personally think some relationships are toxic and at some point, it becomes dead and a disaster relationship. Everyone wants a healthy relationship but how we can build a healthy relationship? Maybe with compromise, understanding, and sacrifice from both sides... I don't know exactly...
