Buenos dias a todos los que componen esta maravillosa plataforma social de HIVE, en la cual siempre estamos aprendiendo algo, el cual nos encamina y nos hace estar presentes en esta subsistencia o en esta vida, por ejemplo el de preparar unas ricas tortas fritas, pireca o yaniquque, para la merienda, la cual seria nuestra tercera comida del dia, siempre y cuando no abusemos en degustarlas, lo digo por lo ricas que son y ademas son muy facil de prepararlas.

En un volts como el que vemos, le agrego la harina, agua tibia, manteca, sal y un poco de grasa vegetal y se comienza a amasar todo, se mescla bien todo hasta que quede una masa uniforme, luego dejamos que la misma descanse el tiempo adecuado, para despues tomar trozos no muy grande, los cuales serian el tamaño de dicha torta frita o sea las voy estirando con la mano, luego en una sarten con un poco de aceite y grasa vegetal, comienzo a freirlas de esta manera dichas tortas fritas salen mucho mas sequitas y ricas.
