Buenos días a todos, ya comenzó el segundo día de la semana, y también falta muy poco para las tradicionales fiestas de navidad y de fin de año, la cual es esperada con mucha ansias, porque es el día en que la mayoría de las familias se juntan a celebrar dichos acontecimientos, por eso no hay que ser impaciente y disfrutar el comienzo de cada día, como en este caso, desayunando mate amargo con pastelitos de dulce de batata, budín de vainilla y chocolate con semilla, también unas sabrosas tortas fritas.
El mate propiamente dicho es una tradición en argentina, se calienta agua, se la coloca en un termo para que se mantenga caliente, luego se toma el mate, se le agrega la yerba, puede ser con hierbas medicinales, a gusto, la bombilla y el que quiere lo puede tomar amargo o dulce según el gusto de cada uno, yo lo comparo como el mate cocido, pero en este caso el liquido sale directamente del mate al absorber la bombilla.
La elaboración de los pastelitos es muy fácil se prepara la masa con harina, agua tibia con un poco de levadura, huevo, aceite, sal a gusto, se amasa hasta que tome consistencia la misma, se la deja descansar, luego se toma en pequeñas porciones se la estira con un palo de amasar, esto seria la torta frita y para el pastelito se estira la masa, una ves que esta, se la corta, en porciones o tipo molde, se le agrega el dulce de batata y se la sierra, para luego freírlos, también la torta frita, el budín en este caso es comprado, el mismo es casero y todo esto hace que acompañado con el mate tangamos un buen desayuno.
