bug found on utopian.io which hides some feature
**Expected behavior**

Utopian.io is an opensource steem blockchain based application which should run smoothly. All the scrollable parts and where some buttons are hidden beyond should be accessible. It should be easily and smoothly run on mobile browsers in both landscape and portrait view. When it's in portrait mode it should show drop-down menu by the side of username.

**Actual behavior**

Utopian.io functions are not working properly in portrait view as expected. It's only working in landscape view. When it's in portrait mode a drop-down menu with two options "Transfer" and "Block this user" is hidden.


**How to reproduce**

* Open utopian.io in the mobile browser.
* When in portrait mode we can see that a drop-down menu by the side of username including username parts is hidden and isn't scrollable. 

* Browser: Chrome and Firefox
* Operating system: Android OS6.0
* Device: Mi Redme note 4

**Images and the screenshots**

When opening utopian.io in the mobile browser in portrait mode we can't see parts that are after **programmingh** and it isn't horizontally scrollable.

When we open it in landscape mode than it works fine.

Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the [Utopian Rules](https://utopian.io/rules).

Although you have mentioned 3 issues within this contribution none of these issues are valid contributions, firstly the issue surrounding the username not fully appearing on the screen is a cosmetic issue and doe not affect the functionality of the application. This is the same for the tags issue as the tags option is still clickable following tags appearing outside of the tag input field. 

As per the  [Utopian Rules](https://utopian.io/rules):

Cosmetic issues, that do not affect the functionality of the software, will not be accepted.

Finally, the issue which you described surrounding the constant image upload has already been submitted to the project. It is very similar to a contribution that was already accepted [here](https://utopian.io/utopian-io/@imwatsi/possible-image-upload-bug-on-utopian-io). Similar and same contributions will never be accepted in Utopian twice by the same or different user.

Can't you see there is a menu hidden inside it with options "Transfer" and "Block this user" if it doesn't appear full length and isn't scrollable horizontally.

@programminghub You don't mention this within the expected behavior of your contribution and you should provide every possible detail about the submitted contribution. You must provide sufficient detail to reproduce the bug, this not follow the [Utopian Rules](https://utopian.io/rules).

I thought this and my screenshots will be enoght to see the bugs and you could have reproduce the bug by yourself.
