Stir fried noodles as requested by my daughter on a cold Sunday!!!

Last Sunday was a very cold day here in Mauritius - so cold that staying in bed is what you want to do whole day!

We need a lot of courage to get up and do our usual daily activities!

After waking up, my daughter, Rheem wanted to eat some fried noodles made by her dad, **that is ME!!!**

And you know well...when a kid ask for something...we have to do it, specially when it's about food! 

Let me share briefly how I made a yummy stir fried noodles with chicken, vegetables and eggs for lunch that day, I hope you will like it!

*It is quite often that we prepare a noodle dish at home and I've shared a lot of recipes on my blog, if you need any advise, please do ask me in the comments section below, i'll be happy to assist!*

**STIR FRIED NOODLES WITH CHICKEN, VEGGIES AND EGGS!**

### Ingredients I used!
###

It is quite easy to prepare fried noodles...

- Cabbage / Carrots / Spring Garlic / Bok Choy
- Chicken - Sautéed
- Soy Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- Fresh Noodles

Here are the veggies that I used!

While the chicken, I simply cut the chicken breast in small pieces, seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic paste!

Sautéed in a hot wok with little oil and add some soy sauce as per your liking!

While the chicken is cooking, cut your veggies as per below photo!

Once the chicken is cooked, take them off the wok and add little more oil!

Add the vegetables and sautee for 2 minutes - season with salt, pepper and little soy sauce! Toss well together!

Next you add the cooked chicken in the veggies and mix well together - re-check the seasoning!

Now we are good to add the fresh noodles and stir fry together and add some more soy sauce. 

Make sure to taste while cooking so that it does not turn too salty!

Fry a beaten egg and slice finely - add to your stir fry noodles and we are good to enjoy a yummy dish!
