Pierwszy raz od dawna biegałem szybkie segmenty.

Ostatnio było dużo gór, a teraz powoli schodzę na płaskie bieganie.

Oczywiście biegi górskie również zostawiam w swoim repertuarze, ale w najbliższych miesiącach zimowych będę się starał robić więcej biegów płaskich.

Powiedzmy, że będzie to pół na pół.

Plan na rytmy wyglądał następująco :
- rozgrzewka
- 4 strzały po 40 sekund w tempie 4.00
- cool down ~6.00
- 3 dłuższe strzały po 1.40 min w tempie 4.30
- cool down ~6.00 
- 4 strzały po 40 sekund w tempie 4.00
- cool down ~6.00

Wyszła z tego godzina dobrego biegania.

Odmuliłem trochę nogi po ostatnich mocno zamulających treningach górskich.

Od czasu do czasu chcę wrzucić taki trening rytmowy, pomiędzy bieganie w tlenie, a biegowe wycieczki górskie.

Założenia są takie, że w zimie głównie będę robił tlen, dodatkowo dokładając zabawy z rytmami, i górami.
