Plan na start mam ułożony w głowie.

Czy się powiedzie?

Nie mam pojęcia.

W tym tygodniu zrobiłem tylko jeden szybkościowy trening biegowy.

Czy "noga będzie podawała?“ —" wyjdzie w praniu" 😁

Planuję wystartować w tempie 5.00, i systematycznie przyśpieszać co 2 kilometry.

Moje minimum na ten bieg, to dobiec do mety 🤪😆

Maksimum, to zdobyć nowy PR na 10 km.

Zobaczymy, czy organizm wytrzyma ten plan.
