Steemit should add Quora. Stackoverflow like feature!

 Since Steemit already has escrow functionality, Why not add SteemDollar denominated bounty question feature? People will buy Steem to get quality answers! Steemit will eat good chunk of stackoverflow's lunch!

This idea is brilliant but I'd prefer it to be separate from the content, maybe have a different subdomain or section for it? Since not everyone wants to see bounty questions mixed with contents they are reading.
