A cup of red wine
Milk cream

Note #1: The quantities of each one will depend on the number of guests.

Note #2: If you don't have heavy cream, I'll quickly explain how to prepare it. 

You will need one cup of milk and 170 grams of butter. You are going to put them on the fire stirring constantly for about 7 minutes, but it is important that you DO NOT let it boil. 

Remove from the heat and take it to the blender for about 3 minutes; then serve it in a glass jar and when it cools, take it to the refrigerator for at least 5 hours, so that it thickens well.

## _Ingredientes:_

_Medallones de lomito_
_Tocineta cortada en lonjas_
_Champiñones_
_Sal_
_Pimienta_
_Una taza de vino tinto_
_Crema de leche_

_Nota #1: Las cantidades de cada uno, va a depender del número de comensales._

_Nota #2: Si no tienes crema de leche, te explico rápidamente cómo prepararla._ 

_Vas a necesitar una taza de leche y 170 gramos de mantequilla. Los vas a llevar al fuego revolviendo sin cesar durante unos 7 minutos, pero es importante que NO dejes que hierva._ 

_Retiras del fuego y la llevas a la licuadora durante unos 3 minutos; luego la sirves en un tarro de vidrio y al enfriar, la llevas a la nevera durante al menos, unas 5 horas, para que espese bien._

The first thing we are going to do is to add a touch of salt and pepper (to your taste) to each medallion; then, we are going to wrap our tenderloin medallions in the bacon slices. One per piece. So that the two ingredients do not separate, we will keep them together with wooden toothpicks.

Then, we are going to fry them with a little olive oil or vegetable oil, whatever you have at home, for 7 minutes on each side, without moving them, over a medium flame.

_Lo primero que vamos a hacer, es ponerle un toque de sal y pimienta (a tu gusto) a cada medallón; después, vamos envolver nuestros medallones de lomito en las lonjas de tocineta. Una por pieza. Para que no se nos separen ambos ingredientes, los vamos a mantener unidos por palillos de madera._

_Luego, los vamos a freír con un poco de aceite de oliva o aceite vegetal, lo que tengas en casa, durante 7 minutos por cada lado, sin moverlos, a llama mediana._

Now it is time to plate our food.

I had mashed potatoes and vegetables as a side dish, which I had cooked before making the tenderloin medallions. 

Since there were two of us at my home, I decided to make two different plates, so that you can also choose the one you like best. 

The first plating was by first placing a bed of mashed potatoes and on top of it, the tenderloin medallion, ending with a delicious mushroom sauce shower on top.

And on the side, the vegetables (I only made carrot sticks and steamed bell peppers).

_Yo tenía como guarnición un puré de patatas y vegetales, que había cocinado antes de hacer los medallones de lomito._ 

_Como aquí en mi casa, éramos dos comensales, decidí hacer dos emplatados distintos, para que también tú puedas elegir el que más te guste._ 

_El primer emplatado fue colocando primero una cama de puré de patatas y sobre él, el medallón de lomito, terminando con una deliciosa lluvia de salsa de champiñones por encima._

_Y al lado, los vegetales (solo hice palitos de zanahorias y pimentones al vapor)._
