In this case I took some photos of details of things, such as you can see with the padlock or even a stained wall in contrast with certain shadow shapes that caught my attention, these are the approaches that I like to capture."*

An empanada is made by folding a dough or bread patty around the stuffing. The stuffing can consist of a variety of meats, vegetables, or even fruits. Empanadas have their origins in Galicia (Spain) and Portugal. But when we were colonies by the Spaniards, during their occupation they brought the empanada to the Ilocos province, and it became one of the delicacies. There are different recipes of empanadas; it varies in each place."*
