More or less everyone is a victim of snarky comments on social media. Moreover, different people will have different opinions depending on the place, it is quite normal. But the words that I will say today are from my personal thoughts and I think it is wise to remain mentally stable through this instability.
At the end of the day, the question is how many of us can take social media's snarky comments for granted or how many of us can stand still with this volatility.
Well, I think for those who have performed more or less live in front of the camera on social media or have presented live on a topic, it's hard to put into words how difficult it is to stand there and talk in front of the camera.
However, if the video is pre-recorded and published by editing and filtering, there are actually many things that can be customized. Which is not possible when presenting live video. While doing a live program, only a moderator can tell how to handle any unexpected situation.
People of all age groups especially live shows. Whose opinions and thoughts have a wide difference. All eyes are on the conductor. What the conductor is saying, it is as if it is constantly being observed through a glass.
Maybe you are trying to make things your own from your place of responsibility. To attract the visitors, they are eating and drinking inside. But the eternal truth is, your audience on the other end may not take your message well and may be desperate to disrupt the work you have dedicated yourself to.
They don't have the mentality to understand how much mental patience you see through everything and still continue your work. They have a keyboard in front of them, pressing at will and writing whatever they want. Not thinking for once that the conductor is also a human being, he must also be under a lot of stress.
Giving your snarky comments or criticisms and haha reactions may become a habit but you have no idea the amount of emotional pain your doing such activities can cause on the other side.
With so much in front of his eyes, a conductor gets the job done at his own pace and on his own responsibility. But when the reactions and comments are seen later by the moderator, sometimes he is very distressed.
The person who stands in front of the camera and talks about different things live, but that person is made of flesh and blood like you, the same situation happens to the person who is in charge of the moderator.
See you may have broken the keyboard by writing snarky comments, may have taken devilish pleasure in demeaning others, but remember one thing it only exposed your outward appearance rather it would have been more effective if you had given more constructive comments and reasoned criticism. It was acceptable.
