New year have arrived friends asking me out to celebrate. I'm what they call boring old man who doesn't go out or celebrate anything. It's just my thing.

I Dont like loud noises or crowded places. I just love my alone time most of the time. That's why i only need one woman to be with me and I'll be happy im that simple.

My friends was drunk and dancing like always. And I'll be the guy who sit down and observe while i drink my vodka in peace.

There was a singing competition so, i was thinking i can win this. So i enter the competition i sang rock music as always. Surprisingly i won hehe. I won the hamper for that night. They also have lucky draw that night it was funny i won that too. First time in my life winning something twice in one night.

I kept drinking my vodka. Finished the whole bottle myself and i was high like hell. Then i told my friends i need to go if i Dont go now i won't be able to drive or I drive into a drain instead. My friends told me no you need to drink more. Then i said yea you're very supportive friends you just wanna make me drink until I die thanks love you all, not gonna happen today boys.

They just laugh i said you guys are assholes you always try to kill me when i go out with you guys. They said Nah man its just hard to see you drunk also we prefer your attitude when you're drunk you're damn funny when you're drunk if sober not so much you're boring old man when you're sober haha. I said thanks that is what friends are for being a dick! Haha.

So i left and went home before i drink to death. When i arrive home i just realize i forgot both my prize. Nice surprise my friends called me. He said, bro you left your prize bro but Dont worry we gonna take it home and eat it ourselves. I said yea yeah i knew you guys gonna do that anyway, go ahead enjoy dumbass.

The next day Karen called me, gave me yet another bad news like I Dont have enough bad news as it is. She said she and her husband moving to another country. Sigh seems like great timing if you ask me Elena coming here in few weeks and Karen is leaving for good.

Im with Karen for few years now and it's sad she had to leave. I couldn't even see her off at the airport because the husband was there of course. We met few days before she went off to have our last long love making. Sigh she cried so much while she hugged me tight. My shoulder was wet due to her tears.

I said its ok this have to happen anyway what were doing is wrong the moment we met. We had our beautiful moments and bad moments. I will always remember the beautiful moments with you Karen. Love you always. Karen said I love you more.

She cried even more when I said that. The weird thing is I can't cry. Usually this type of moments I will feel like crying but I guess all the experience I had made me strong? Or weak? I'm not sure.

Then she turned and I pulled her hands and kissed her. Then she turn and leave. Just like that years of being together leave in few seconds. I never met Karen after that. We do call sometimes. There is love there somewhere but we both know we won't see each other again so i guess we kinda accepted that.

Few weeks later Elena finally came. I pick her up at the airport she ran towards me the moment she saw me. She hugged and kissed me. And holycrap she turn into a very beautiful woman amazing.

She said why you look at me like that? I said the older you get the better you look and we haven't met for so many years you look amazing Elena. How's things with you?. She said well im finally become a Doctor few years ago i passed my test and they sent me here to manage the department in the hospital.

Wow you're doctor now so i need to call you Doctor Elena. She said please Dont call me that you Dont have to you're my love doctor. We both laugh.

She said she wanted to eat so i brought her to a nice restaurant so she can taste our local food. We ordered our food, my food arrived first but her food arrived late she was angry. I said it's ok it will come why Dont you share mine first? She said it's ok i want my food.

When the food arrive I was disappointed how Elena treated the waitress she was angry at the waitress saying your service so slow my God can you send faster at least this is too much.

I told her Elena you don't have to shout at her like that. She said so what I'm hungry i need to eat. I said Sigh hmm being a doctor really change your character Elena, i know you're a respected doctor now but please you're still human the waitress are still human as well, respect still applies no matter how high your position are.

She just kept quiet. I was very disappointed Elena is the one who taught me kindness, charity and all that is good but this is what she becomes after promoted herself into a doctor its disgusting to me.

Even while were eating she was complaining about the food she said the food is horrible. I thought she would like the local food here but i guess she's too used to the food in her country but i said to her its fine just Dont eat later we go to the other restaurant to takeaway some food that you're familiar with.

She said no she just wanna go home. We didn't talk the whole way to my house. I was so disappointed and she start looking at me feeling guilty but i ignored just wanna go home and rest.
