In some moments of the life circumstances and events we become pessimistic people without realizing. Some time ago I was a pessimistic person, but change my behavior to an optimistic and cheerful person. Today I'm going to share this post to invite you to follow my recommendation, so you change like I did.
I've worked hard on it, I have seen much improvement and it is something that has changed me for good and would like to share with you some tips to be a more positive person.
Many criticized me because he was so pessimistic. My answer has always been that it was a realistic person. But not had realized that actually the negativity was affecting me as a person. So I insisted on going slowly changing my way of thinking.
The first thing I want you to understand and that you will be very useful, is that everything is in our minds. Positive thoughts are trained as anything else, we must transform those negative thoughts you have at any given time and change them into something positive or at least not so negative.
The first thing that I recommend you do is that you to analyze your thoughts and see if they really are negative thoughts.
If you you realize that has that way of thinking. Then it is the first step to start changing.
Sometimes we have the custom view negative situations and we forget to look for the positive side of events. We forget to see what went right. Compensates for this tendency by examining a negative event and finding its positive side, tries to make it as usual and you will see how changing your behavior. Research has shown that this capacity is an essential component of the optimism and which also helps with stress, depression and relationships with others. I remember that I spent all week lamenting that they had postponed me my assessment to the next class. Not remember the times I repeated that it would fail to pass the subject pessimism I felt.
