The work that is not right from sleep! Find out what they are?

Good morning is good all day. So do not do anything after being awake, so that the whole day is wasted. What would you do in the mood of the whole day, what would be the whole day if the soil became. If you are a little careful then you can start a beautiful day. But do not delay to know about those practices that are not right to raise in the morning.
i) There is no coffee in the morning: When we see a kind of hormone called cortisol in our body, we get to wake up. But coffee prevents this cortisol production. As a result, a time is seen that the body is more addicted to caffeine and the body can not normally make cortisol. So at least 10 in the morning before the coffee is not enough.
ii) Do not stay in the dark: Arrange the light in the house so that there is no darkness after rising in the morning. Sleep will be confusing and you get very sleepy when you see the darkness. So natural light can enter, decorate the house in such a way.
iii) Do not spend the morning in the bed: many prefer to climb the morning in bed. If you get up from sleep, little exercise is bad but not bad. The body is also very good. Alongside, rapid reduction in fat.
iv) Not rush: Some people wake up hastily. Sitting on the dum and started walking again. Due to sitting up from the bed, the blood on the legs is delayed. Energy consumes more carbohydrates in the morning, but when the carbohydrate gets digested, blood sugar levels decrease. After getting hungry again. So leave extra carbohydrates in the morning.
vi) Do not make any unnecessary decisions: Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg wear a similar T-shirt every day. According to him, this has reduced at least one thing from the daily decision list. He is more interested in spending more time in the garment sector, he is more interested in spending on other purposes. So refrain from making unnecessary decisions to save the morning.
vii) Eat not eaten in the morning: many people in the rush hour of the office went out of the street without eating. Someone ate less in the morning and eat less at lunch. But none of these two is good. Studies have shown that those who regularly eat healthy snacks in the morning, have less fat in their body. Besides, there is less risk of diabetes and heart attack. So start with a healthy snack in the morning. Stay Furfure All Day
viii) Not even e-mail check: Taking an eye in e-mail in the morning means to decorate the day with the frames of what I missed yesterday. This is how technology interrupts our normal life, researchers say. Thus, starting a day with a negative fear is not a good thing at all. So do email checks a little later.
