10th Day Playing Rabona, Need to Change My Way !

I started playing this football manager 10th days ago, and finally get my first season on competitive league. Here is my progress today.

<div class="text-justify"> I played another 4 matches yesterday and got 2 win, 1 draw, and 1 lose. This cause me to stay in 8th Position with 4 point differents from the 4th position. I think i need to change my policy about managing my team to get them to further league. </div>

# <center> My new Policy </center>

<div class="text-justify"> It's a pretty smooth on the early period of my first season in rabona where i've been managed to sit on 3rd positiin, but now i've just realized that it was because i got a lot of auto win that times, lol. Now since i've finally have to play in a match against another team, i have to faced the truth that my team are still average (or below), and need so many improvement.

I try to take a look at the team that sit on the 1st position and found their team are having players below.

We could see that this team have a player with very low salary (400), but having a pretty high OS, most of them are having 60+ OS. Compared to my teams that still having 30-50 OS, no wonder my teams are struggling to fight for top position.

I have been searching for the information, and thanks to @asrulpare , now i know that it's possible to found players with 400 salaries with scout system.

# <center> Trying Scout System </center>

Since i know that scouted players could bring some efficiency to my team, i tried to make some scout. From 3 times the scout i tried, i found all of them were having low OS, just around 30. It surely happened because i only got lv 1 youth facility, and its seem that  i have to upgrade my youth facility (should've upgrade it earlier along with another building, didn't think it would bring that big impact, lol). So yeah, for every new players out there, don't forget to upgrade your youth facility as well, haha. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> Actually my club's financial is still on the right direction, with positive result between cost and income. But since i have tried scouting 3 times, my total profit have become 1,430 RBN. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> I sign 1 of 3 scouted players that i think have pretty good stats, but the problem is he is on position that i have enough players. Maybe i will try to sell some of my player, i never try to put player on market yet. Do wee need to pay for it ?</div>
