Hola buenos días tengan todos los amigos presentes , espero que Dios los mantenga con salud , hoy les quiero presentar una deliciosa y nutritiva chicha de ñame , ideal para disfrutar sanamente, yo en lo personal me lo tomo en ayunas y quedó llena , sinceramente es muy rico y más aún cuándo lo dejamos espeso >Hello good morning to all friends present, I hope God keeps you in good health, today I want to present a delicious and nutritious yam chicha, ideal for healthy enjoyment, I personally I take it on an empty stomach and was full, honestly it is very rich and even more when we leave it thick.  Ingredientes para nuestra chicha : -Ñame blanco 300 gramos -Leche 3 cucharadas -Azúcar 3 cucharadas -Agua 600ml -Vainilla 1 cucharada >Ingredients for our chicha : -White yam 300 grams -Milk 3 tablespoons -Sugar 3 tablespoons -Water 600ml -Vanilla 1 tablespoon  Preparación de nuestra chicha : Paso 1 : comenzaré tomando mi ñame blanco y lo picante en dos , sólo utilicé 300 gramos para esta cantidad , una vez que tengamos la medida con la que trabajaremos,vamos a continuar quitando todas sus conchas para proceder a realizar el batido >Preparation of our chicha : Step 1 : I will start by taking my white yam and spicy it in two , I only used 300 grams for this amount , once we have the measure with which we will work,we will continue removing all its shells to proceed to make the chicha.  Paso 2 : cuando se encuentre listo nuestro ñame , en cantidades pequeñas, vamos a continuar agregando agua para llevar a cocinar , que quede bien flojo o blando para que al licuar quede cremoso >Step 2: when our yam is ready, in small quantities, we will continue adding water to take to cook, that is very loose or soft to make it creamy when liquefying.  Paso 3.:A continuación vamos a agregar el ñame blanco al vaso de la licuadora >Step 3: Next we are going to add the white yam to the blender cup.  Paso 4 : Seguidamente agregamos nuestra agua para que se licue junto con el ñame blanco , debemos dejar licuar unos minutos para que quede bien y no con grumos >Step 4: Then add our water to blend with the white yam, we must let it blend a few minutes so that it is well and not lumpy.   Paso 5: en este quinto paso agregaremos el azúcar , esta cantidad utilicé 3 cucharadas >Step 5: in this fifth step we will add the sugar, this amount I used 3 tablespoons  Paso 6: a continuación vamos a agregar nuestro toque de vainilla, utilizaremos una cucharada, luego para finalizar agregaremos 3 cucharadas de leche para que nuestra chicha quede especial, finalizando nuestra nutritiva chicha >Step 6: then we will add our touch of vanilla, we will use a tablespoon, then finally add 3 tablespoons of milk for our chicha is special, ending our nutritious chicha.   De esta manera realice mi chicha de ñame blanco , es perfecta para nuestros pequeños, es un buen alimento,de la cantidad de ingredientes obtuve 4 vasitos ,los textos los traduje con el traductor deepl feliz día para todos >In this way I made my white yam chicha, it is perfect for our children, it is a good food, the amount of ingredients I got 4 cups, the texts were translated with the translator deepl happy day to all.
