I didn’t have the the opportunity to take first sun light of day. Because, I didn’t wake up early in the morning. Who care about sun light.

But, nowadays I have decided to change the routine of my daily life. It’s true that we may have very hard to change our routine but, I have to Change it. Because, without awaking early to bed it never be like I can be a healthy man.
So, at this moment I have decided to change my routine so that, I can make immune system of my body. It’s essential. Without proper immunity we can't survive.
So, I have wake up early in the morning. Though it was not very early but I have tried. I wake up at 8 am. I have decided to set alaem on my mobile phone everyday. My mobile is giving me more support.

So, guys pray for me. I wish I can do it for my self. I wish I can be more fiy in my near future. This is all I would like to share with my friends.
