In today's time, if there is one thing that has become an essential part of our life, then it is a mobile phone. There was a time when mobile was used only for full communication or to talk to someone. But in today's date, where mobile phone has become a means to connect with the whole world, so today I will tell how much mobile phone is in the life of this generation and also tell its pros and cons. We should keep a balance with technology because living with technology is a very good thing and mobile phone is not a bad thing. But it also depends on how you use it.

I remember when my father got the first phone, it was a keypad phone. At that time, the keypad phone was a big deal but there was no need for it. People in villages had limited landline phones and I remember when my father got his first phone, how many people he talked to on that phone because at that time, phones were very limited, but in today's generation no one can live even for an hour without a phone. While eating, while sleeping, while waking up, for the third time, today's date, go to social media apps like Instagram, Facebook or a lot of different platforms have come up and there has been a lot of addiction. Video has become a big deal and English calling has become a digital world. It has become like digital drugs.
I used to remember the time when I used to get phone time for only a few hours or one and a half hours because my father used to go to the office and when he came back, he used to have only one phone and I used to get one hour or so to play. Having a phone at that time was a big deal so I remember I used to play snake game on it and it was a very good game and I used to play cricket game. All the cricket-related things are of our generation. They didn't even have phones but in today's era where everyone's minimum screen time or we can say average time is 10 to 12 hours.
A lot of information about the world can be obtained through the phone in just a few seconds. Today, if you want to know or ask anything, just click on the right button on Google and it will explain everything to you, or you can watch it in a video on YouTube. Access is very easy, so today's children, students, and professionals use all this very well, and many learning apps have come. Online courses have been started and productivity has increased, but there are a lot of people who do not use the phone just for knowledge, but use it very badly, like watching porn or doing many different things with it or playing games. Many people have become so addicted that they play games for 10-12 hours a day.

If we see career opportunities then we can become social media influencers or content creators on YouTube or join online platforms. All these are very good things professionally, but these people are very selective, and seeing them crores of people want to do the same thing, so this roundabout thing is very bad because yes I agree that it is possible but many people are not able to do it, the personal growth that happens is not possible as much as these people help in phone texts. They also spoil health and mental health.
There was a time when phones were only for calls or SMS. In today's times, a new notification comes every second. WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and many others But I believe that it is not just the children who play a role in this, but parents also play a very important role. In today's date, parents also track their children safely and vocationally through their phones. But when children play games on the phone all day and are busy with social media, then the parent-child relationship is affected. The real fun in childhood was in black cricket and having fun with friends. Now it has been reduced to the phone screen. Parents have to understand that the phone is important, but its misuse snatches away childhood. In today's war, we measure our self-worth only through writings and comments. If your photo gets 200 likes, then you are happy, otherwise there is tension. Going viral has become a popular trend for everyone. This has become a toxic cycle. Everyone works on their online image as much as possible in their life. Because of this, there is a negative effect only on the estimate and self-confidence.
To fight addiction, sound is necessary, so set a time limit for using the phone. When to take tea, digital detox, and sometimes the time spent on your phone is very important. Real condition, hobbies, physical activities like playing games, playing cricket. All these are very physically good things. What many people do today, playing games on the phone all day long, the mind gets developed, but what happens in real life by playing games, cricket, football, can never happen. Why should parents become role models for their children and teach them about the productivity of their phone as well as how you can earn productivity and money through the phone? Use Instagram three times for all this.

In conclusion, I would like to say that mobile has connected us to the world. This is a very good thing. I have become powerful. Now, through mobile, I have got a lot of power which I can use anytime. But if we miss this power, then it can become the silent killer of our lives. This generation has so much opportunity and they have so much responsibility. Technology is a blessing. But many people are missing it. Like, they watch a lot of wrong things or hack a lot, all this is very wrong because they do someone else's productivity and put their stamp on it or they just do a simple thing on the side, then they are missing all these things of technology, So letβs not be slaves to the screen, but masters of our mind.
