The biggest obstacle I see around me is fear. Fear of starting, fear of not knowing enough. Often, fear is covered up in excuses. Justifications for why you shouldn't start yet. Whenever you recognize this fear, take a step back. Observe your fear and break down your goal into micro goals. Start by doing the simplest thing on your list and then move on to the next one. When everything feels like it's too much for you to handle, change your focus. Break everything down into little steps and feel the weight lift off your shoulders. You won't know enough when you start but that's not a problem. Learning is a process and the fastest way to learn is get started.
