Just woken up chipmunk 🐿️

The Siberian chipmunk (Eutamias sibiricus), also called common chipmunk

I met this nice friend at the end of April. There was still snow, but the weather was already warm.
It seemed that this chipmunk had just awakened and had just crawled out of his home.

He carefully ran through the snow and looked around, not understanding why there was still snow at the end of April.
He climbed onto an old fallen tree covered with moss and found something edible there. Then he began to clean his tail.

Usually, by this time, the snow has already mostly melted in the forest, thereby thawing the seeds of plants covered with snow. This friend had a hard time, but most likely there were still a lot of food supplies in his hole and he did not remain hungry.
