Nimble restless tit. She jumps from branch to branch, while giving a voice so that other birds do not lose sight of her.
This bird has a popular alternative name - puffy. This bird got her name due to the fact that in cold weather she fluffs her feathers very much to keep warm. You can see it in the last photo.

I also noticed slight differences in plumage colors. Approximately by spring, the underside of the body becomes slightly brown, and by winter it is completely gray.
