Alright another week, another weekly challenge. Now if you folks have been following me, you would then know that I am a huge fan of the Dragons splinter. Though things are getting harder as more Dragons cards are added but I do not own them, but they are definitely still a huge threat if used correctly. Not to mention, I really like the Brighton Bloom summoner whereby they give everyone a flying ability. So for today, I shall be dedicating the post to Brighton Bloom, the Dragon Summoner that gives all the monsters the Flying Ability.

First of all, a huge shock when I first saw the lineup of my opponent. Insanely strong looking monsters! We have Legionnaire Alvar that looks crazily badass, and River Helondale which pardon me for being slow, I did not even know existed! 

Now with a high mana match, we must expect for anything and everything. So what I did was to have a proper counter for everything. With Brighton Bloom, the flying ability helps my monsters have a higher success rate to evade attacks and this is amplified when they have higher speed. Therefore, I tend to decrease the enemies speed while choosing monsters with high speed. Next, I tend to build up a couple of monsters with Magic Resistance and place them at the front few. Lastly if you folks have been following, you would know that I am an avid fan of having heavy duty damage dealers at the back of my lineups. And so, I have an Axemaster and a Sandworm behind, ready to mow down anyone that stands in my path. 

I would say, everything went according to plan. In fact, as the match condition has Earthquake, Brighton Bloom also helped my monsters evade the 2 damage every round while my opponents experience the shake of their lives! 

Brighton Bloom has been my go to summoner whenever there is an Earthquake match condition. I have been using it, am using it, and definitely without any doubts will be using it in the future! Also, as it is no longer in print, I am so happy that I managed to snag a copy of it while it was still in print! Hehe.
