wrong notification shows in Dtube activity

#### Expected behavior
After posting on steemit, in dtube activity there should show that I posted. For example  if @venommate posted in steemit, in dtube activity we saw that venommate posted. 

#### Actual behavior
After posting on steemit, when check in dtube activity there showed I replied. But I posted. 

#### How to reproduce
- First go to https://d.tube and log in with steemconnect.
- Now go to http://steemit.com and post anything. Then check dtube channel activity. You will see that you replied. But you posted in steemit. 

* Browser/App version: Google Chrome Version 74.0.3729.131 (Official Build) (64-bit)
* Operating system: Windows 10 pro

Nice catch @razu788. The Dtube notification or activity function is acting really weird. Very similar issue related to the notification system was recently reported [here](https://github.com/dtube/dtube/issues/62). So sad to see that the PO is yet to attend to the previous issue. In the future, I want to suggest that you comment on the existing similar issue on Github when there already is a similar report made. This allows the PO to easily identify similar issues and fix them altogether.
