<div class="text-justify">Greetings again my dear friends of this prestigious platform, as human beings we are immersed in a great diversity of situations that generally make us grow as people in all senses since this aspect is what we know as life experience, and that in reality we can say that it is non-transferable, and also, of great value for every person on this planet.

Sometimes many of us stop to think if we really dedicate ourselves to help the people around us and if this help is much or little, and this in all senses, when we talk about help we usually think only in the monetary field, but this can be from a general vision and not necessarily in the economic field,  in reality, generally the great help or support can be of another nature and perhaps even requires more effort and dedication than just providing monetary support, of course, this action is linked to the time or situation in which the person is in which we think to provide support.

Now my dear readers, some people have the wrong habit of giving or providing help to look good to society and not out of concern for making the helper feel good, plus another aspect that we can also find people who try to offer help with things that are no longer useful and when I see this I always remember a great friend who told me, <b>if you have the opportunity to help anyone do it in such a way as if it were a special person for you, otherwise do not do it.

Since that moment those words have been engraved in my being and I try to put them into practice because if at some point we are going to help someone that such help is from the heart, that is, that it is sincere and honest, and also, without expecting anything in return because otherwise it does not represent a help, This makes us express that like everything in life we find a huge variety of behaviors in relation to the issue raised, however, the most important thing for us is always clear is that if at any time we can help someone in our environment we do it with sincerity, ie, from the heart.

In relation to all the above we can say that in many cases it does not matter if such help can be little or much and this starts from the monetary to any kind of support, I think the important thing is that it is with honesty and that we really want to do it and not to look good before others, I think that when we offer a sincere help, no doubt, we will get an essential peace within us, and also, it will be a vital reflection for ourselves.
