<h1>Mi Primer Mes en Hive y Retos por venir</h1>
<p>Hola, persona. Ojalá estés muy bien, disfrutando como yo tu transitar por Hive.</p>
<p>Cumplo un mes de mi primera publicación en Hive, por eso <strong>quiero contarte un poco como me ha ido y algunos retos que considero se pueden presentar</strong> de aquí en adelante.</p>
<p>El proceso de descubrimiento y aprendizaje de cómo funciona la plataforma inició un poco antes de la mano de @laloretoyya. <strong>Ella con mucha disposición y paciencia supo indicarme los pasos para comenzar</strong>, de manera muy gentil me facilitó todo ese conocimiento y no ha parado de responderme cualquier duda. ¡Gracias!</p>
<p>Eso sí, aunque hay mucha gente dispuesta a ayudar, de ahí en adelante depende en gran medida de cada uno. Creo que <strong>una considerable cantidad de los que se inician en Hive se paralizan luego de las primeras publicaciones porque no encuentran soluciones mágicas</strong>. Hay que leer, investigar, poner en práctica, equivocarte, corregir y repetir el proceso las veces que hagan falta para encontrar el lugar en el que te sientas cómodo y desde allí mantenerte el movimiento.</p>
<p>Al principio la curva de aprendizaje me pareció muy lenta. Eran conceptos, detalles, cómo publicar, normas, la maquetación y un largo etcétera. Decidí lidiar con pocas cosas a la vez. Y creo que es un buen consejo. Por ejemplo, <strong>escribe tu contenido, lo mejor que puedas, con esmero, sin preocuparte cómo es lo del maquetado, de eso te encargarás luego</strong>. Y así con diferentes aspectos que hay que ir tomando en cuenta.</p>
<p>Más allá de los técnico, uno de mis puntos débiles es la interacción. Me cuesta comentar las publicaciones. Leo excelente contenido y no creo que lo que diga pueda aportar algo a su creador o a cualquier que pase por allí. Sin duda debo trabajar en eso. Es muy importante interactuar con otros. <strong>No vas a construir relaciones ni te vas a dar a conocer desde el ego</strong>.</p>

<h2>Encontrar la Motivación o la Disciplina</h2>
<p>Cuando decides comenzar una actividad siempre hay motivación. Hay motivos para hacerla y motivos para no hacerla. Pero <strong>lo que  siempre te mantendrá en movimiento es la disciplina</strong>. Esto para mí es el primer reto. Encontrar la disciplina necesaria que me permitan alcanzar mis objetivos dentro de la plataforma.</p>
<p>¿Cómo voy a dar con esta disciplina? Para mi fortuna estoy en ese proceso de hallarla, ahora espero que se quede conmigo. <strong>Es importante planificar, definir qué quieres, cuáles son tus objetivos, de qué vas hablar y de qué no, establecerte fechas</strong>. Parece muy aburrido todo y te preguntarás por la inspiración y el placer de crear. Creo que aunque hay una pequeña cuota de inspiración y mucha de placer, nada de eso aparecerá si no mantengo las condiciones necesarias.</p>
<p>Sin duda no es sencillo. Por diferentes razones internas y externas me cuesta dar con la disciplina que se requiere para procesos largos.<strong> Sin embargo, la disciplina es un hábito y se puede construir con base en pequeñas actividades</strong>. <strong>¡No lo olvides tampoco!</strong></p>

<h2>El Hombre contra la Máquina</h2>
<p>Otros de los retos que debo enfrentare para mantener el rumbo correcto y alcanzar los objetivos que me he trazado dentro de Hive, <strong>son actualizar mi computadora y encontrar un nuevo proveedor de Internet</strong>.</p>
<p>Cuando digo actualizar mi computadora me refiero a comprar una equipo nuevo. <strong>Poseo mi actual laptop desde hace trece años, en parte he logrado que se mantenga 100 % funcional gracias a que me volví usuario Linux</strong> y nunca más volteé a mirar otro sistema operativo, que sabemos demandan más recursos.</p>

<p><strong>Tampoco digo que para mantenerte en Hive requieras un equipo de última generación</strong>. Mi equipo actual me alcanza. Pero en el futuro me gustaría crear contenido en video y para eso sí necesito un ordenador que no me haga más difícil el trabajo.</p>
<p>Por otra parte y en cuanto al nuevo proveedor de Internet, ya eso no depende directamente de mí. <strong>En el lugar donde resido no existe otro proveedor que no sea CANTV (empresa estatal de comunicaciones para los que no son de Venezuela). Al decir que el servicio prestado por esta empresa es malo estoy siendo bastante amable</strong>.</p>

<p>Ya proveedores privados prestan servicio en algunas zonas de mi estado (Yaracuy), pero no llegan a mi comunidad. <strong>Me toca esperar, confiar que a mediado plazo lleguen y contar con los recursos para realizar la inversión</strong>. Ya esta parte de la inversión es la que depende de mí.</p>
<p>A grandes rasgos esta es mi experiencia y lo que analizo luego de este primer mes de actividad en Hive. Si estás comenzando en esto, espero que lo que cuento te sirva para mantenerte enfocado en lo que quieres lograr dentro de la plataforma. Por otra parte, si ya tienes experiencia quizá te haga recordar un poco tus inicios y te sientas identificado.</p>
<p>Por ahora toca <strong>seguir dando pequeños pasos que me mantengan en movimiento</strong>. Alcanzar esos discretos objetivos que me he propuesto. Sin dejar de analizar que se está haciendo bien, qué se hace mal para corregir y seguir mejorando. <strong>¡Muchas gracias por leerme!</strong></p>

<h1>My First Month at Hive and Challenges Ahead</h1>
<p>Hello, person. I hope you are very well, enjoying as I am your journey through Hive.</p>
<p>It's been a month since my first publication on Hive, so <strong>I want to tell you a little bit about how it has been going and some challenges that I think may arise</strong> from now on.</p>
<p>The process of discovering and learning how the platform works started a little earlier with @laloretoyya. <strong>She was very willing and patient to show me the steps to start</strong>, in a very gentle way she provided me with all that knowledge and has not stopped answering any questions. <p>Of course, although there are many people willing to help, from there on it depends largely on each one of us. <strong>I think that a considerable number of those who start in Hive get paralyzed after the first publications because they do not find magic solutions</strong>. You have to read, research, practice, make mistakes, correct and repeat the process as many times as it takes to find the place where you feel comfortable and from there keep moving.</p>
<p>At first the learning curve seemed very slow to me. There were concepts, details, how to publish, rules, layout and a long etcetera. I decided to deal with a few things at a time. <h2>Finding Motivation or Discipline</h2>
<p>When you decide to start an activity there is always motivation. There are reasons to do it and reasons not to do it. But <strong>what will always keep you moving is discipline</strong>. This for me is the first challenge. Finding the necessary discipline that will allow me to achieve my goals within the platform.</p>
<p>How am I going to find this discipline? Fortunately I am in the process of finding it, now I hope it stays with me. <strong>It is important to plan, define what you want, what your objectives are, what you are going to talk about and what you are not going to talk about, set dates</strong>. It all seems very boring and you may wonder about inspiration and the pleasure of creating. I think that although there is a small quota of inspiration and a lot of pleasure, none of that will appear if I don't maintain the necessary conditions.</p>
<p>It is certainly not easy. For different internal and external reasons I find it difficult to find the discipline required for long processes. <strong>However, discipline is a habit and can be built on the basis of small activities</strong>. <strong>Don't forget that either!</strong></p>

<h2>Man versus Machine</h2>
<p>Other challenges I will face in order to stay on track and achieve the goals I have set for myself within Hive are <strong>upgrading my computer and finding a new Internet provider</strong>.</p>
<p>When I say upgrading my computer I mean buying a new computer. <strong>I have had my current laptop for twelve years, and I have managed to keep it 100% functional thanks to the fact that I became a Linux user</strong> and never looked at another operating system, which we know demand more resources.</p>

<p><strong>I'm not saying that to stay in Hive you need a last generation computer</strong>. My current computer is enough for me. But in the future I would like to create video content and for that I need a computer that does not make my work more difficult.</p>
<p>On the other hand and as for the new Internet provider, that does not depend directly on me. <strong>In the place where I live there is no other provider other than CANTV (state communications company for those who are not from Venezuela). When I say that the service provided by this company is bad, I am being quite kind</strong>.</p>
