无国界的老字号粤菜

上个月在广州的时候，我和爸妈在全国的连锁店“无国界”吃了顿饭。我们去的这家店就在天河维多利广场6楼。店面装修不错，环境也比较舒适，宽敞明亮。有大厅座位，也有包厢。

店门口有一个个玻璃水箱建成的海鲜“墙”，比较有风格。

这里的服务态度蛮热情，上菜速度也快。他们家上菜也很有特色，服务员是踩着滑轮端菜上桌，还是带闪灯的滑轮哦，技术很赞，呵呵！

无国界是广州老字号粤菜，出品挺靠得住的。我们吃了以下几款菜：

金牌红烧乳鸽才特价23.8元，这个一定要吃。乳鸽新鲜炸出来非常香，皮脆肉嫩，不加酱汁都很入味！

酸菜鱼份量十足，拿来配饭最适合。

但卤水拼盘就很一般。

蚝油鲜菇炒牛肉，很简单的一道菜，但鲜美得不可用言语来形容，呵呵。

盐水菜心正好是季节，鲜嫩水灵，吃起来清爽可口，是我最爱！

还有甜点的葡挞，新鲜出炉，酥皮非常薄，很脆，中间的焦糖蛋陷儿也甜而不腻，好吃极了。

总的来说，在无国界用餐还是挺让人满意的，而且价格也不贵。有机会过来广州的朋友不妨一试，呵呵。
