If you look at the society right now, its complicated towards money making and who is classified a hard worker. A wealthy man, when being described and introduced ti the public is metaphorically described as a hard worker. Its not necessary that they really worked out, but what matters is that they have the result to show for their work, which is their wealth and possession. But a poor man won’t be described as a hard wokrer because he doesn’t have an evidence for his effort which is wealth and possessions. But this poor man has never had a day of complete sleep in his entire adult life because he has been working day and night staying on survival mode. But literally, this poor man has been working harder than the rich man, well physically he has been working really hard. But the rich man has been working hard, metaphorically but in a smart way. [source](https://unsplash.com/photos/_af0_qAh4K4) This is why smart work will always over shadow physical hard work, so when wealthy people tell you to work hard in order to be wealthy, they didn’t say you should physically work hard, but work hard mentally by getting involved into more smart works. Look for a problem and look for the solution and people will buy the solution from you. This is why we see employees work harder than their employers but their employers earn more than them. This is where leveraging comes to play, the employer is leveraging on the strength of the employees and he is making more money. If you go out there and look at the outside world, most hard workers are the poor ones, while most smart workers are the rich ones, so it all ends up in the right attitude towards making money. What if you combine the two, work hard and work smarter? Imagine just how wealthy you will be, and also lets not forget opportunity has a great role to play. If you work really smart and hard and dont meet the right opportunity at the right time, then productivity will be very hard to achieve. Because you have been doing a lot of activity without a product result. So this ends my saying with “Making money is the most complicated and complex thing in the world”. Thank you.
