The foundation of FTX collapse is still misunderstanding to me, because, the exchange was seen to be an enriched company with a lot of assets so when it filed for bankruptcy and collapsed I wonder in what context? Because the news circulating is that the exchange has gotten permission from the judge to liquidate its assets worth billions of dollars. That is a lot of money, although the co many has ruined its reputation and it will be difficult to redeem because the internet never forgets. The company was charged with criminal mismanagement of investors funds, before the allegation, operations were going smoothly but after the allegation operations seized and investors and customers got seized.

I saw this news few days ago where the judge has granted FTX to liquidate their asset worth billions, in this bear market, seems like its an act that would have a negative impact on the market price. But this is just another FUD because hundreds and billion dollar worth of crypto are being liquidated in the crypto industry everyday and the market is not dumping outrageously. Just like Tesla dumping its bitcoin and it didn’t outrageously affect the bitcoin market because no one knew until it was announced few weeks later. Although FTX is not expected to dump the whole coin all at once, but dump it weekly, may be $100 - $200 Million worth of the coin weekly. The exchange is owing investors a lot of money, may be over $7 Billion, but sadly these crypto assets own by FTX expected to be liquidated by FTX was once worth more than that in the bull market. Well, if the news scared you and you thought it would bring further dip in the market, I am yet to reassure you that the worst that could happen to the market has already happened, we are all going to be fine. If it brings further dip, in no time the crypto market will recover again, so hold on tight.
